Overview

The Associate Enrollment & Billing Representative is responsible for managing enrollment and billing activities within the membership department, ensuring accurate processing and resolution of membership issues.

In Short

  • Handle enrollment and billing inquiries from clients and members.
  • Verify enrollment status and make necessary changes to records.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in membership and billing information.
  • Process membership data and maintain accuracy in databases.
  • Conduct research to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Create and distribute membership and billing materials.
  • Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a production-oriented environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years of experience in billing/enrollment or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Prior finance or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
