The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at Allegheny Health Network is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating daily operations under the Nurse Manager's direction, providing both clinical and administrative leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire.
  • 1 year of clinical leadership experience.
  • Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing.
  • National Certification preferred.
  • Prior Emergency Department experience preferred.
  • Clearance certificates (Act 34, Act 33, Act 73).
