Billing & Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

Q4 is looking for a detail-oriented and highly accountable Billing & Collections Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of billing, timely collections, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

• Own end-to-end billing and collections for a portfolio of accounts using NetSuite.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing during regular bill runs.
• Proactively resolve subscription, invoice, and billing disputes in a complete and timely manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, RevOps, and Renewals teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow escalation paths using Salesforce.
• Engage directly with customers to secure payments and resolve misunderstandings.
• Provide data for ad hoc analysis and assist with revenue allocation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing and collections processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of senior-level experience in billing and/or collections.
• Direct working experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to foster clear and professional communication.
• Experience with large, enterprise-level customers is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
