Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in People Technology or HRIS roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Darwinbox with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong solution design and configuration skills.
• Deep understanding of UX principles.

• Experience managing integrations with third-party systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset with technical precision.
