In Short

• Design End-to-End Experiences: Lead the UX and UI design of web-based tools across Higharc’s platform.
• Simplify the Complex: Translate detailed workflows into clear, human-centered experiences.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product thinking.
• Own Design Process: Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Influence Product Strategy: Bring a strong, user-focused design perspective to product decisions.
• Validate with Data: Leverage both qualitative and quantitative user insights.
• Champion Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise.
• Demonstrated success shipping end-to-end product experiences.
• Experience validating interaction patterns and testing new workflows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
• Experience designing in ambiguous, evolving product spaces.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable influencing stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for users with a curiosity-driven mindset.
