Requirements

• 5+ year career experience in User Experience and User Interface Design
• Experience with a variety of Design Tools such as Figma, Axure, and Sketch
• A strong UX Toolkit demonstrated in your Portfolio
• Bachelors or master’s degree in relevant fields
• Experience in agile UX methodologies
• Designing digital products using a minimum viable product approach
• Incorporating User Research findings into the design process
• Experience in science, life sciences, chemistry, laboratories
• Experience or interest in AI tools
• Self-driven, curious, collaborative, and a good communicator
