Overview

The Bilingual Call Center Representative serves as a Relationship Coordinator, providing essential support for Healthfirst's Medicare Advantage Plan and other services through effective communication and follow-up with prospective enrollees and their families.

  • Educate clients on enrollment processes and product lines.

  • Document calls and outcomes in the pre-enrollment database.

  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to internal standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in English and another language.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry and managed care plans.
  • Comfortable with high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Experience with Medicare or Medicaid products preferred.
