As part of our development, we are recruiting motivated and experienced Telemarketing Experts who are eager to commit long-term in a 100% remote environment within an ambitious, caring, and stable company.

In Short

  • Conduct B2B and B2C outbound calls to effectively promote clients' products or services
  • Identify specific needs of prospects and adapt your sales pitch accordingly
  • Convert qualified leads into concrete opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the first contact to closing
  • Update information in the CRM and ensure rigorous follow-up
  • Participate actively in briefings, debriefings, and continuous training
  • Work in coordination with the Team Leader and contribute to team results

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in B2B and B2C telemarketing
  • Mastery of telephone sales techniques, closing, active listening, objection handling
  • Good proficiency with digital tools (CRM, email, calling platforms)
  • Organized, autonomous, persistent, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with a sustained commercial pace in remote work
  • You have your own professional equipment (computer, headset, reliable internet connection)
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
