Overview

As a Telesales Expert at Go Echoes, you will work remotely to help startups and scale-ups build integrated sales and customer relations teams. This role requires a committed and autonomous individual with solid sales experience.

In Short

• Make B2B and B2C outbound calls to present and sell services/products.
• Adapt sales pitches based on prospect expectations.
• Convert leads into customers through effective sales techniques.
• Follow up on the sales cycle to finalization.
• Update databases in the CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and performance meetings.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in telesales in B2B and B2C sectors.
• Familiarity with telephone sales techniques, managing objections, and closing sales.
• Experience with digital tools (CRM, VoIP, professional email).
• Must be rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Looking for a stable remote position with a career plan.
• Own professional equipment (PC, headset, good Internet connection).
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
