Senior Data Analytics Developer - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing insightful dashboards and analyses that drive decision-making across the finance organization, with an emphasis on inventory systems to support daily reporting and monthly close activities.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Ensure integrity of key reports and metrics.
• Design workflows to process, clean, and transform data.
• Identify opportunities and drive change for existing analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for data needs.
• Function as subject matter expert in Power BI and Alteryx.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new users.
• Understand and perform system change management activities.
• Create and maintain data dictionary of source data.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite products.
• Proficiency in Alteryx and Power BI.
• Experience with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships within the company.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
