Developer with Replit Experience - Remote

Overview

You will provide expert development support as needed on a Replit web application that we’re building for a remote staffing business.

In Short

• Provide development support on a Replit web application.
• Work with a team on a hybrid MVP / basic V1 application.
• Resolve complex functionality issues within Replit.
• Collaborate on adapting the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for Replit.
• Ensure system reliability for clients and Virtual Assistants.
• Flag areas of concern during the build process.
• Engage in planning and collaboration with the in-house team.
• Utilize expertise in Replit for effective development.
• Support the ongoing development of a robust platform.
• Work during US business hours.

Requirements

• Expertise in Replit and web application development.
• Experience with AI-driven systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex functionality.
• Experience in developing MVPs or similar projects.
• Familiarity with Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Ability to flag and address potential issues in development.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to work within US business hours.
• Experience in a staffing or virtual assistant environment is a plus.
