In Short

  • Account Leadership: Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the employer & public sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Revenue Retention: Responsible for overall revenue retention year over year to 95% or better.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry changes and emerging trends.
  • Drive renewals including the skills to negotiate appropriate renewal rates.
  • Partner with the consultant relationships team to manage all consultant relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of selling, managing, and servicing clients in healthcare.
  • Management Consultant experience required.
  • A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success.
  • Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
  • Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to contract negotiations.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 50%).
  • Desire to build an organization from the ground up.
