Overview

We are building a new central area for Customer Operations – and you will be the first person in it.

In Short

  • Central point of contact for our customers via phone and email.
  • Structured handling of inquiries, including follow-up on missing customer data.
  • Organization and coordination of appointments.
  • Research of new funding opportunities and communication with authorities.
  • Support in the processing of financing applications.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to our products.
  • Design and continuous improvement of processes in the new Customer Operations area.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Organizational talent with a focus on structure and efficiency.
  • Ability to take responsibility and find solutions independently.
  • Good understanding of digital tools and processes.
  • Proactive approach and desire to improve things actively.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: seeing problems as opportunities.
