• Ship full-stack features: design, build and launch web & API capabilities.
• Own the vertical slice: manage data models, business logic, front-end components, and deployment pipelines.
• Champion quality: author tests, monitor performance, and create run-books.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with product, design, and AI teams.
• Continuously improve: profile bottlenecks and refine developer tooling.

Requirements

• Deep experience with modern TypeScript on both client and server.
• Solid backend fundamentals—REST/GraphQL design and domain-driven architecture.
• Cloud proficiency (GCP or AWS): containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code.
• Track record of shipping production software that scales.
• Strong testing and code-review discipline.
• Clear communication & teamwork skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with real-time streaming or AI/LLM services.
