In Short

  • Working closely with the Product Lead as a Sales Operations Specialist.
  • Streamlining processes, analyzing data, and implementing tools for sales teams.
  • Creating and managing custom objects and reports within the CRM.
  • Building integrations with third-party apps.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Maintaining lead flows and sales funnels.
  • Delivering real-time sales performance insights.
  • Implementing a structured ticketing process for CRM issues.
  • Developing sales and CS operations policies.

Requirements

  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay.
  • Skilled in data visualization platforms like PostHog.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Slack and Zapier.
  • Proven experience in sales and revenue operations.
