In Short

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Calculate provider payments based on compensation models
• Process, analyze, and visualize large volumes of financial and operational data
• Support monthly close processes and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support departmental budgeting and cost analysis
• Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to track KPIs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst or similar role
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Strong grasp of healthcare finance concepts
• Comfort working with large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
• Good sense of humor
