Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Analyst at JLL, you will conduct detailed financial analysis and support budget planning and reporting for the real estate portfolio, contributing to the future of real estate through technology and advisory services.

In Short

• Conduct detailed financial analysis including budget vs. actuals.
• Assist in annual budget planning for the assigned portfolio.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
• Partner with operations teams to explain budget discrepancies.
• Generate routine and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards.
• Maintain knowledge of Master Service Agreements and client protocols.
• Monitor client-facing financial activities related to utilities.
• Organize and maintain team data and reporting tools.
• Participate in the creation of best practices and training materials.
• Support special projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with computer-based accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong adaptability in managing tasks.
• Excellent interpretation skills.
