Director, Real World Data Insights - Remote

Overview

As a Director, Real World Data Insights you will provide exceptional healthcare data expertise throughout the contract/project lifecycle. You will translate client needs into data solutions, leveraging the largest healthcare data ecosystem in the US.

In Short

• Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders on data assets.
• Leverage medical and pharmacy claims, EMR, lab, and other data assets.
• Co-lead discovery conversations with clients.
• Translate complex needs into actionable guidance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy.
• Guide clients in selecting and maximizing data sources.
• Serve as a trusted thought leader.
• Educate clients through training sessions.
• Prepare and deliver study-specific presentations.
• Identify potential limitations early in the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 3 years experience in a consultative, client-facing role.
• 5 years experience in RWD, epidemiology, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare data types.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
