Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• At least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience building customer-facing APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, and RSpe.
• Ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
• Self-directed with a focus on delivering results.
• Ownership of recruiting and building teams.
