Overview

The Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring, and assessing Solutions Engineers as it relates to their pre-sales and account management responsibilities.

• Lead the Solutions Engineering team and reinforce sales methodology.
• Provide mentorship to SEs on pre-sales techniques.
• Assess and develop technical capabilities of team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills for presentations and remote conferencing.
• Experience in selling land and expand deals to Strategic Accounts.
• Ability to teach consultative selling methodologies.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales team.
• Ability to meet quota requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
