Overview

The Sr Talent Partner/Sourcer develops and leads specialized recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. This role partners closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand evolving talent needs, proactively build pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint through hire.

  • Stay current on emerging sourcing tools and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Five years recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building passive talent pipelines.
  • Proven success in developing comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search.
  • Ability to analyze sourcing and recruitment metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills.
