Overview

The Treasury Associate will perform multiple accounting support functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance in a remote work environment.

• Full-time remote position with flexible hours based on PST.
• Perform accounting support functions including bookkeeping and report preparation.
• Handle day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Process payments and manage financial transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other financial software.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting.
• Maintain communication for inquiries from internal and external parties.
• Conduct audits and data integrity checks as required.
• Report accomplishments and performance goals to the manager.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounting, Medical Billing, Finance, or Banking.
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Associate degree and 2-4 years of industry experience.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
