In Short

• Support Treasury Services team with payroll calculations and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update partner records and schedules.
• Track details of partner contracts.
• Calculate monthly and quarterly payment amounts.
• Assist with partner insurance policy management.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of equity accounts.
• Manage the firm’s cap table.
• Track partner performance metrics.
• Handle ad hoc requests from management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or payroll experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and curious.
• Maintain confidentiality of data.
