Overview

The Provider Support Agent is responsible for communicating with business partners to ensure they receive the support they need with HFD's lending products, focusing on compliance, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality service.

• Full-time position in Provider Support.
• Communicate with business partners via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze information to solve problems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of B2B/Provider Support policies.
• Report weekly to Team Lead on performance.
• Weekend availability required.
• Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours.
• Focus on quality and collaboration in all interactions.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Related practice and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Weekend availability required.
