Overview

RevCycle's Healthcare Business Services is expanding, and we are looking for new team members to provide exceptional customer service in a remote or office setting.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and written communication.
  • Manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, offering payment options.
  • Work remotely or from the Marshfield, WI office.
  • Full-time hours from Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.
  • Paid medical insurance and additional benefits.
  • Maintain attendance and focus during training and work hours.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and resolve billing issues.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and tools for documentation.
  • Prior experience in healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Opportunities for career advancement available.

Requirements

  • Experience in call center and healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a work-from-home environment.
  • Understanding of sensitive personal information and confidentiality.
  • Prior supervisory experience is welcome.
