Integrated Marketing Manager (Patients) - Remote

Overview

As Headway's Integrated Marketing Manager, Patients, you'll play an integral role in scaling our patient marketing efforts. Reporting directly into the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you'll be our first integrated marketer responsible for our patient marketing efforts, helping to define and build strategies for us to reach people seeking mental health care.

In Short

• Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs that resonate with people seeking mental health care
• Own patient acquisition growth targets and identify new channels, campaigns, and levers to reach those goals
• Partner closely with growth, product marketing, content, product, and analytics teams
• Be the voice of patient acquisition in internal planning and cross-functional working groups
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders & partners
• 6-10 years of experience in multi-channel integrated marketing programs
• Experience owning a growth outcome with CAC and payback period guardrails
• High critical thinking skills and a strong bias towards action
• Experience marketing to healthcare or mental health audiences preferred

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience building and scaling multi-channel integrated marketing programs
• Experience owning a growth outcome with CAC and payback period guardrails
• Experience in content marketing, email/lifecycle, search marketing, and partner marketing
• Highly detailed and process-oriented
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, steps, and deadlines
• Critical thinking skills and bias towards action
• Preferred experience marketing to healthcare or mental health audiences
