1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 45,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. In Short

• Design and launch paid marketing experiments and campaigns at scale
• Partner with our channels leads to ensure we hit our monthly cost and volume goals for paid search, paid social
• Maintain an ongoing roadmap of creative, messaging, targeting and bid optimization tests
• Support in the development of new landing pages and digital touch points
• Experiment with new ad tools and placements
• Support our brand marketing efforts
• Deliver reporting, insights and forecasts on channel performance
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen performance marketing programs
• Stay updated on the digital marketing landscape and HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing campaigns
• Highly curious with new ideas to test
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• High critical thinking skills with a bias towards action
• Experience in high-growth tech companies or relevant agency experience
