Growth Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a highly analytical and creative E-Commerce Growth Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling U.S. e-commerce company. This role will collaborate closely with the founder and internal team, contributing to performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

In Short

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.), and identify opportunities to scale
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking
• Support the setup and ongoing management of email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
• Contribute to organic content strategies to complement paid efforts and foster community growth
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing for U.S. e-commerce brands
• Proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to track and report key performance metrics
• Experience with performance marketing and influencer outreach
• Knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools like Klaviyo
• Creative mindset to collaborate with the creative team
• Ability to deliver actionable insights from performance reports
• Up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and e-commerce
