We are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary candidate documentation is complete and accurate while also addressing candidate inquiries. Working closely with a leading recruitment firm, you will be responsible for following up on missing candidate requirements, tracking progress, and maintaining meticulous records.

• Follow up with candidates to obtain missing documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Review, track, and maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and paperwork.
• Conduct quick Zoom meetings as needed to verify documents or clarify details.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation.
• Maintain a high level of organization to track the progress of onboarding candidates cross-referencing multiple platforms.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Address candidate inquiries throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
