Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and insights.
• 4+ years at a high-growth technology startup.
• Proficient in SQL and modern BI tools like Metabase or Looker.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Motivated by the mission to improve mental healthcare.
• Bonus: Experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or dbt.
• Fluency in Python for statistical analysis.
