Overview

As a Liability Adjuster at High Definition Vehicle Insurance (HDVI), you will be responsible for managing commercial trucking claims, ensuring world-class outcomes through collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Handle First and Third Party Property Damage and Cargo claims.
• Engage with partners to resolve high-severity claims.
• Participate in regular claims reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance contracts and trends.

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Trucking claims.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex claims and litigation processes.
• Experience with large fleets and self-insured retentions.
• Adaptability to a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with complex Commercial Trucking claims.
• Extensive knowledge of Physical Damage and Auto Liability.
• Advanced litigation claims management experience.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
• Active Adjusters License preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
