Overview

The Senior Liability Adjuster is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and handling general commercial liability claims, ensuring exceptional claims handling and effective communication with clients, brokers, and attorneys.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of experience in handling liability claims.
• Active multi-state adjuster licenses required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze and resolve client issues independently.
• Knowledge of commercial general liability insurance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and interpret documents.
