Overview

The Inside Account Representative for Industrial/Trades is responsible for increasing business revenue by processing and satisfying customer orders and quotation requests while maintaining margin targets.

In Short

  • Must reside in specified states (FL, TX, ATL).
  • 3+ years of Sales/Sales Support experience required.
  • Experience in B2B Sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of facilities products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with consultative selling preferred.
  • Ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid environment.
  • Independent and accountable self-starter.
  • Organizational skills and professional phone etiquette required.
  • Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a related area.
  • Technical certification or associate degree may be required.
  • Ability to leverage industry knowledge for negotiation.
  • Experience in managing inventory and projects.
  • Strong communication skills to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Periodic review of output by a supervisor.
  • Contributes to professional development of junior personnel.
  • Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
