Requirements

  • Must reside in specified California areas.
  • Direct sales experience to multi-family communities.
  • Knowledge of facilities products.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain sales relationships.
  • Experience with consultative solution selling.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR report.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
