Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, carrying out installation and maintenance of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned area.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer representatives.
  • Install and maintain GE HealthCare Imaging equipment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the assigned area.
  • Perform troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
  • Assist in business growth and direction in the geographic area.
  • Complete administrative tasks on time.
  • Play a leading role in complex installations.
  • Assist in account sales visits and identify sales opportunities.
  • Work independently with minimum direction.
  • Maintain effective quality systems compliant with ISO 9001.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma degree in relevant engineering fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in assigned locations.
  • High work standards and initiative.
