Overview

The General Imaging Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist provides clinical and operational expertise through education and training support for ultrasound products to clinical end-users, enhancing customer experience and driving business opportunities.

In Short

  • Deliver technical and clinical leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Coordinate and execute objective-based system training for customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and clinical liaison to the sales team.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations.
  • Develop training plans that support new product assimilation.
  • Maintain documentation in line with global guidance.
  • Travel extensively (75+%) within the US for customer engagements.
  • Promote a hybrid training delivery mindset.
  • Build relationships with customers to optimize protocols.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards as per EHS policies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • ARDMS certification in Abdomen; RVT or other certifications preferred.
  • Experience with GE HealthCare Ultrasound systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of clinical education training processes.
  • Ability to deliver complex information tailored to the audience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems and networking.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75+%).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the organization's behaviors and values.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
