Data Generalist - Remote

Overview

Hayden AI seeks a data generalist to support a diverse set of stakeholders with Data and Analytics needs. You will operate on the intersection of Data Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and ML Ops.

In Short

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based data warehouse / data lake.
• Operate the ETL pipelines merging data from multiple sources.
• Build derived canonical datasets for simplified analytical queries.
• Identify product issues using anomaly detection.
• Build dashboards tracking various metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in the software development process.
• Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate issues.

Requirements

• Experience with data warehouse systems like Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery.
• Knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with ETL and orchestrations like Airflow.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
• 5+ years of Software / Data Engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
