Overview

As an Underwriting Specialist at Havenpark Communities, you will be responsible for underwriting reviews of community applications, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in underwriting.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis and software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
