Product Owner - Reporting (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As a Product Owner, you ensure that employees from over 50,000 employers are paid on time and that billing is simple and accurate. The reports are sent reliably, and our clients don't have to worry about changes in payroll legislation.

In Short

• Manage the reporting center as a central middleware for all Lexware payroll products.
• Plan and oversee the rollout of new features while ensuring close collaboration with relevant interfaces.
• Maintain active connections with relevant authorities to stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Identify compliance and legal requirements and translate them for various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in enterprise application software.
• Experience with legal and bureaucratic requirements, and ensuring system compliance.
• Proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build networks within and outside the organization.
• Fluent in German (C2 or native level).
