Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the implementation of significant research initiatives at The People Lab, aimed at enhancing public sector workforce and policymaking.

• Manage two large research projects: National City Survey and Policy Bot.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in public policy, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in applied research and project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of survey design and methods preferred.
• Experience in the public sector preferred.
• 5-7 years of management experience preferred.
