Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead critical program initiatives in support of enterprise healthcare modernization for a federal client. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with program objectives, schedules, and deliverables. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing leadership, transparency, and accountability across the program lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management across multiple projects.
• Track performance against milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of project documentation.
• Foster collaboration across business, technical, and government teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and champion best practices.
• Contribute to program-level strategic planning and decision-making.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs and projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple, concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
