  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative.
  • Strategic thinking and innovation in fundraising.
  • Experience with donor databases and CRMs.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Interest in STEM education.
