Senior/Staff Engineer - Adoption Engineering - Remote

Overview

As a Senior/Staff Engineer on our Adoption Engineering team, you will be essential in designing, implementing, and supporting Harness reference architectures for our commercial customers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical program managers, and account teams, to ensure our customers are onboarded onto Harness within 3-4 days and can quickly realize its value.

In Short

• Work directly with customers to plan their onboarding and adoption.
• Create and regularly update onboarding and adoption playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track issues.
• Manage the support queue while meeting support SLAs.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a software developer, with Java or Golang.
• Proven experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
