Overview

We are looking for a deeply technical customer-facing Senior Software Engineer with a strong DevSecOps background — someone who has worked hands-on with FinOps tools, data-heavy platforms, and has a deep understanding of LookerML. You will serve as the technical backbone for resolving complex customer issues, contributing to platform improvement, and driving mission-critical implementation and debugging efforts.

In Short

  • Take full ownership of customer-related product issues.
  • Lead incident response efforts for high-priority escalations.
  • Triage and resolve LookerML modeling issues.
  • Guide enterprise customers in onboarding and system integration.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams.
  • Contribute to tooling and automation for customer resolution.
  • Act as the go-to technical escalation point.
  • Maintain and contribute to internal and external documentation.
  • Champion the customer voice in product direction.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
  • Deep experience supporting FinOps products and data-centric tools.
  • Proficient in Linux systems and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems.
  • Strong scripting ability (Shell, Bash, JSON, YAML).
  • Familiar with major cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Skilled in observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
  • Excellent communicator with empathy for customer pain.
  • Experience with CRM/support tooling like Zendesk and Jira.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-obsessed.
