PRN NP position, CHA, 8 - 12 hours/week. See patients within a 30-mile radius of your home - flexible schedule! All equipment provided. $145 per 60-min. in-home visit; $85 per telehealth visit.

Requirements

  • Active/unrestricted nurse practitioner license.
  • Board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Outstanding EHR skills.
  • Geriatric training/experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
