Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license in coverage states.
• Board certification from recognized organizations.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Current enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Outstanding EHR skills.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Teamwork and effective relationship skills.
