PRN Virtual Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

The Nurse Practitioner at Crossover Health is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care while meeting clinical, administrative, and financial performance metrics.

In Short

• Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services.
• Participates in the selection of suitable treatment plans for all patients.
• Supervises staff to ensure appropriate care delivery.
• Available for medical and technical questions, including after hours.
• Participates in quality improvement and assurance programs.
• Collaborates with management for patient care improvement.
• Complies with all policies and procedures.
• May prescribe or recommend treatments and refer patients as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Must be Board Certified and licensed to practice in the appropriate state.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong communication skills preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $67.18 to $87 per hour.
