Intapp Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Harbor is seeking an Intapp Project Manager to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Intapp Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service.

In Short

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Monitor and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Responsible for keeping the project on budget and providing customer billing.
• Participate in requirements discussions and requirements gathering sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Project management experience implementing Intapp or law firm compliance software preferred.
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools.
• 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services, and/or clients ideal.
• Competent in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, and collaboration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus!
• Authorized to work in country of residence without restriction or sponsorship.
