In Short

• Deliver cybersecurity services based on Halcyon’s product.
• Conduct ransomware readiness assessments and hardening exercises.
• Provide high touch customer service in fast-paced projects.
• Lead and execute projects independently.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates.
• Engage in sales and business development opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and customer success teams.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of security programs.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in security analysis or operations.
• Experience in security program development.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in penetration testing or incident response is a plus.
• Knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
• Willingness to lead by example and participate actively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Experience with coding in Python is a bonus.
