Overview

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or related business roles.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market.
  • Experience with VRF systems and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering preferred.
  • Prior sales management experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with manufacturer rep firms is advantageous.
